The Sony Ericsson S302 is a mid-range cameraphone that combines the qualities of a Cyber-shot model with a lower range mobile device. It is aimed at the budget end of the snapshot range and so consequently lacks some of the advanced features found in more expensive models. Its 2 megapixel camera is impressively gilded with camera blogging, a photofix function and photolight technology. Along with this is it can record basic video. Other features include stereo Bluetooth, an FM radio, MP3 player and Java games.
The S302 comes with a 2 inch screen with a 176x220 pixel resolution. With a depth of just 11mm and a weight of 79g, the phone is extremely slim and lightweight making it an accessory that is unobtrusive and easily slips into your pocket. The battery life is very impressive, it has 7 hours talk time and up to 300 hours on standby, making this a practical phone. The Sony Ericsson S302 might lack the feature filled aspect that other phones in its class possess; however it has a great look and is quite striking as a budget class camera phone.
