LG launches two social networking mobile phones

LG Electronics announces the launch of the LG GW520 and the LG GT505 mobile phones.

Boasting messaging features designed for effortless contact with family and friends, the LG GW520 mobile phone and the LG GT505 mobile phone allow users to be at the heart of their online communities anytime and anywhere. They are the first mobile phones from LG to offer 'push' social networking updates allowing users to instantly receive alerts from sites, such as, Facebook and Twitter as they are posted. Both mobile phones support 'push' email for personal and business mail accounts (supports Exchange).

The LG GT505 mobile phone on Orange Direct Racoon 30 gives you 200 anytime minutes and 300 texts per month. Deal includes 200 extra minutes to call UK landlines. Optional 500MB web browsing available for extra £5 per. month Line rental is £27.41 per month over a 12 month contract.

The LH GT505 is a social networking driven mobile phone. Push social networking updates allow users to see the latest information as soon as they happened. Users can also edit profiles, upload photos and update status messages directly from the LG GT505 mobile. The LG GT505 comes with a built in GPS receiver and a 30 day trial of Wisepilot LG navigation software, for turn by turn directions.

Features of the LG GT505 mobile phone include: quad-band GSM, 3G, 3 inch TFT touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, 5 megapixel digital camera, stereo FM radio, video player and music player.

The LG GW520 Calisto mobile phone on Orange Direct Dolphin 30 gives you 200 anytime minutes and 500 texts per month. Deal includes unlimited evening and weekend texts. Optional 500MB web browsing available for extra £5 per month. Line rental is £27.41 per month over a 12 month contract.

The LG GW520 Calisto mobile phone is built for messaging. It allows users to connect to their online communities and grow their social life on the move. The LG GW520 mobile weighs 125.5 grams and is 15.9 mm thick (full dimensions 106.5 × 53 × 15.9 mm). It supports a stand-by time of up to 500 hours and a talk time of up to 5 hours.
