T-Mobile Compact IIILine rental is £32.50 per month. Flext gives you a monthly allowance which you can use for voice calls, voicemail, texts and picture messages to any UK network at any time. Flext 25 web'n'walk gives you £40 allowance per month. This could be used for 200 pure minutes or 400 pure texts. Or you can use any combination of minutes and texts, such as 100 minutes and 200 texts. Web'n'walk gives you 1GB per month of high speed internet access on your mobile phone. The T-Mobile Compact III is similar to the O2 XDA Orbit and HTC P3300, unfortunatelty the T-Mobile UK version lacks Wi-fi. It's an easy to use, compact device measuring weighing just 129g. Unlike the MDA Vario/Vario II, this device doesn't have a slide out keyword. The advantage is that it's much slimmer measuring 16.8mm. The Compact III runs on the most recent version of Windows Mobile 5, for which there is plenty of 3rd party software available. It has an integrated GPS receiver, but no 3G. The touch screen supports handwriting recognition and menus are easy to navigate using the miniature trackball and the silver dial, which acts as a scroll wheel.
